Hello! My name is Claudia Tavani and I am the founder of Strictly Italy. This site was created to help you plan your trip to Italy. From the beautiful Italian cities and quaint villages to the millenary cultural traditions, festivals and events; from the many natural sites, to the hiking trails perfect for nature and adventure lovers; from the delicious traditional and more modern Italian food to the fabulous wines: this site will inspire you to visit Italy and discover all that it has to offer, from the most famous places to the hidden gems.
Why Strictly Italy?
Italy is a wonderful holiday destination, in any season. Cities like Rome, Florence and Venice, and places like the Amalfi Coast, the Cinque Terre and Lake Como are certainly a must see, but there’s so much more to see in the country!
Strictly Italy is meant to share information on the most iconic attractions in the country, but will also fill in the informative gap on the best places to visit in the country and strives to become a useful resource about Italy. It intends to show that there’s more than meets the eye in Italy; to raise interest on the unique culture; to help you get reliable, updated information and resources to plan your trip and make the most of your stay.

Famous for the gorgeous cities and its art, Italy is a favorite holiday destination. But the cities and art are not the only things that should attract you to Italy! In Italy, you’ll find mountain peaks to hike, with trails for all levels of expertise.
