You will find my email address at the bottom of this page. I enjoy hearing from you, but I get many emails and I am often traveling, so be patient as it may take me a while to read yours and get back to you.

Before you send me an email, you may want to consider the following:

If you have a question about a destination in Italy, a service, a tour, restaurants or hotels around the country etc. you may actually find the answer already by searching this site. There is a search lens at the top right corner of the homepage or a search bar in the right hand sidebar. All you have to do is input a few keywords that mark what you are looking for. Hit enter, and any post that may have the answer to your question will be pulled out by the system.

If you don’t find the answer to your question, you can comment on the post. I always answer comments as long as they are phrased politely and not spammy, and I try to answer as soon as I see the comment. The answer is helpful to other readers too. If I don’t answer within a few days, it’s likely because I am traveling to gather more material for this site, but rest assured I will reply as soon as I am back!

If you need help planning your trip to Italy, your first step should be to look through the site: input the words itinerary + [location you are interested in] on the search lens, and this will bring up any blog post that contains an itinerary relevant to that destination specifically. Alternatively, take a look at my Italy Holidays Planning page to review my services and fees and find the one that best suits you.

You can also join my Facebook group Strictly Italy Travel Tips, a small community of locals, people who have already visited Italy, or intend to visit, who may be able to address your questions.

I won’t respond to private messages on Facebook or Instagram, and I only use my phone and WhatsApp for personal purposes so don’t request my phone number. I do not provide travel advice via Instagram – I can’t stand typing on the phone!

Let me stress it again: if you need for specific information for a destination, search the website. If you don’t find the answer to your question, ask me in the comments and be patient if I don’t answer immediately.

Please be advised that I am unable to provide any information on moving to Italy, and buying a property in Italy.
